How does the $50 booking deposit work?+
A $50 deposit confirms your booking at checkout. It is fully credited against your treatment on the day. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Are prices inclusive of GST?+
Yes. All prices displayed on our website, brochures and booking system are final amounts inclusive of 10% GST — what you see is what you pay. A Tax Invoice is issued automatically with every treatment, with the GST component itemised for your records.
What is the AHPRA psychological assessment?+
Under AHPRA guidelines, all patients complete a psychological assessment before cosmetic injectable treatment. Sent digitally before your appointment — a simple, standard patient safety measure.
What's included in my 2-week follow-up?+
Every client receives a complimentary 2-week follow-up. For anti-wrinkle (toxin) treatments, up to 5 units of adjustment are complimentary where needed; additional units are charged at $7 per unit (minimum $35). For dermal filler and skin-quality treatments, the review assesses settlement and results — any additional product or retreatment is quoted separately. A reminder is sent at day 10.
Where is the clinic located?+
AURA SEOUL is at Room 4, WOTSO HealthSpace, 490 Northbourne Ave, Dickson ACT 2602. On-site parking available. By appointment only.
How long do results last?+
Anti-wrinkle results typically last 3–4 months. Dermal fillers last 9–18 months depending on the area and product. Vivian will advise at your consultation.
What should I do before my appointment?+
Complete pre-appointment forms sent via email after booking. Arrive with minimal makeup. Avoid blood-thinning medications 24–48hrs prior if possible. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
