Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will forfeit the $50 deposit. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

Click "Book Now" on any page to open our booking page. Send your enquiry with your preferred treatment, date and time, and Vivian will reply with a confirmation email and a secure payment link for your $50 redeemable deposit. An online self-service calendar will launch soon.

We accept Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card, and Gift Vouchers. Afterpay and Zip are TBC. The $50 booking deposit is paid securely via the payment link sent on confirmation. Remaining balance is settled on the day of your appointment.

Yes — your initial consultation with Vivian is complimentary. Your $50 booking deposit is fully redeemable against any treatment on the day. If you choose not to proceed with treatment after consultation, the deposit is simply applied toward a future visit. There is never any pressure to treat on the day.

AURA SEOUL opens on 1 May 2026 at full standard pricing. We do not discount core treatments — our pricing reflects the quality of the product, the precision of the technique, and the complimentary consultation and 2-week review included with every visit. From time to time we may release bonus-value packages that add extra treatment at the same price point. Announcements are made on Instagram @auraseoulclinic and via email.

Anti-wrinkle results typically last 3–4 months, depending on the area treated, the units used, and your individual metabolism. First-time patients may find results last slightly less as the muscle responds. Vivian will assess your result at your complimentary 2-week assessment appointment.

Dermal filler results generally last 9–18 months depending on the product used, the area treated, and your individual metabolism. High-movement areas such as lips tend to dissolve faster. Vivian will provide personalised guidance at your consultation.

Discomfort is minimal. Anti-wrinkle injections feel like a small pinch lasting a fraction of a second. Dermal fillers may cause slightly more sensation, particularly in sensitive areas like the lips. Topical numbing cream is available on request.

A standard anti-wrinkle appointment typically takes 30 minutes including consultation. Dermal filler appointments (lip or cheek contour) are usually 45 minutes. Our Signature Duo packages — AURA Mid-Face Lift, Lower-Face Harmony and Glow Tox 3 — take 45–60 minutes depending on the combination. Vivian allows ample time for each client — never rushed.

Cosmetic injectables are not suitable for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain neurological conditions, are taking blood thinners, or have active skin infections at the treatment site. Vivian will conduct a thorough health assessment at your consultation to confirm suitability.

Cosmetic injectables are Schedule 4 (S4) prescription medicines. At AURA SEOUL, every patient has a prior telehealth consultation with an Australian-registered medical practitioner before treatment. The medical practitioner assesses suitability and issues the prescription in line with AHPRA 2025 guidelines. Vivian administers the treatment as the treating AHPRA-registered nurse.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers used at AURA SEOUL are reversible. In the rare event of an adverse reaction or vascular complication, Vivian is trained to respond with hyaluronidase — an enzyme that dissolves HA filler. Emergency protocols and the necessary medications are on-site. Always contact Vivian immediately if you experience unexpected pain, blanching, or discolouration after treatment.

AURA SEOUL operates under an ACT Infection Control Activity Licence issued by the Health Protection Service (HPS). All injectable equipment is single-use and sterile. The treatment room is set up to strict HPS standards — hand-wash basin, sharps disposal, and documented cleaning protocols between every patient.

Yes. Vivian is an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (RN), which is the required qualification to legally administer cosmetic injectables in Australia. All treatments are performed under strict AHPRA 2025 guidelines.

Under AHPRA 2025 advertising guidelines for cosmetic injectables, specific product and brand names (such as toxin brands) cannot be displayed publicly. This is a regulatory requirement across all Australian medical aesthetic providers — not specific to AURA SEOUL. Vivian will discuss the specific products used at your consultation.

AURA SEOUL is located at Room 4, WOTSO HealthSpace, Ground Floor, 490 Northbourne Avenue, Dickson ACT 2602. On-site parking is available. The clinic is accessible via public transport along the Northbourne corridor.

From 1 May 2026: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–14:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. AURA SEOUL runs strictly by appointment — our booking calendar will always reflect current live availability once the online system is live. After-hours appointments may be arranged on request via email.

Yes — every single treatment at AURA SEOUL includes a complimentary 2-week review. Vivian assesses your result in person within 14 days. For dermal filler, minor adjustments can be made at no extra cost. For anti-wrinkle, as vials are prepared fresh per session, any additional units are quoted separately only if needed. The review is never skipped — it's how we guarantee natural, precise results.

Complete the pre-appointment forms emailed after booking. Arrive with minimal or no makeup. Avoid blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24–48 hours prior if possible — consult your GP first. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Stay well hydrated.

After anti-wrinkle: avoid lying down for 4 hours, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, avoid rubbing the treated area. After filler: avoid strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours, avoid extreme heat (saunas, hot baths) for 48 hours, sleep on your back if possible. A full aftercare guide is sent via email on the day of treatment.

For anti-wrinkle treatments, Vivian will assess your result — any additional product is discussed and quoted separately as vials are prepared fresh per session. Vascular occlusion (blockage of a blood vessel) is a rare but serious complication of dermal filler. Signs to watch for include: severe or increasing pain, skin whitening or bluish/grey discolouration, blistering or skin breakdown, and vision changes. If you experience any of these symptoms — call 000 immediately and contact AURA SEOUL. Vivian keeps Hyaluronidase (the filler reversal agent) on-site at all times for emergency use, and a vascular emergency protocol is in place at the clinic.
