A $50 booking deposit confirms your appointment and is fully redeemable against your treatment cost on the day. Required for all bookings to protect clinic time and ensure serious enquiries.

48-Hour Cancellation
Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full deposit refund or transfer.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete consent forms and psychological screening.
AHPRA Screening
All new clients complete a mandatory psychological assessment and consent form before first treatment.
Complimentary Review
Every treatment includes a 2-week review. For fillers, minor adjustments included at no extra charge.
Payment & Tax Invoice
Balance paid at the clinic — card accepted. The $50 deposit is deducted from your total. All prices include GST; a Tax Invoice is issued automatically with every treatment.
