Redeemable Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required via Halaxy Pay to confirm all appointments. This amount is fully credited against your treatment cost on the day of your appointment — it is not an additional charge. It simply secures your time with Vivian.

48-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full deposit refund. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the $50 deposit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility at AURA SEOUL.
AHPRA 2025 Assessment
A psychological assessment is mandatory under AHPRA 2025 guidelines before all cosmetic injectable treatments. Sent digitally before your appointment.

All dermal filler treatments include a complimentary 2-week review. Vivian assesses your result and can make minor filler adjustments at no extra charge.
Anti-Wrinkle — Free 2-Week Assessment
All anti-wrinkle treatments include a complimentary 2-week assessment. Vivian reviews your result. As vials are prepared fresh per session, any additional product is discussed and quoted separately if needed.
